Luxury travel gets back on track with train revival

A RAIL name of the past was revived today when the Blue Pullman returned to service after more than 30 years.

The luxurious Blue Pullman, run by independent train company FM Rail, left London's King's Cross station on a circular tour which is likely to take around four and a half hours.

The original Blue Pullman represented the best in luxury rail travel and was used on two routes - London to Wales and London to the Midlands. To mark the inaugural run today, the train was blessed at King's Cross by local priest Father Rob Wickham of St Pancras.
